Fist Games said That Hitomi Technology's Mobile Legends: Bang Bang plagiarized the content and promotional materials of the League of Legends series. It is reported that "Endless Showdown" has been downloaded more than 500 million times on the Android system.

In an indictment filed with federal court in Los Angeles, Fist Games said: "Mu Hitomi Technology used plagiarism tactics to develop and market its mobile game Endless Showdown. In addition, the game competes with League of Legends Mobile Games with the expressive content of The Fist game, as well as trailers, promotional materials and other content. This kind of behavior infringes our copyright. ”

Fist Games also said that the action of taking the prosecution was aimed at preventing Mu Hitomi Technology from continuing its deliberate and sustained acts of plagiarism.

In this regard, Mu Hitomi Technology did not immediately respond to the request for comment.

It is worth mentioning that Fist had previously sued the company in 2018, accusing the company's "Endless Showdown" of plagiarizing LOL. But the local judge refused to hear the case at the time, saying China was better suited to be the venue for the case. Subsequently, Tencent, the wholly-owned parent company of Fist Games, intervened in the case and successfully demanded compensation of 290W US dollars from Shanghai Mu Hitomi Technology Co., Ltd.
