LOL will release version 12.8 with an estimated downtime of 1:00-12:00 a.m. on April 28 (please note: the qualifying entrance will close at 00:00 on April 28 and will not affect the ongoing qualifying). Please note that for events that end during downtime, the actual end time will also be advanced until the start of downtime maintenance.

Dear Summoner,

The Mid-Season Championship will kick off on May 10th, and the version used is exactly 12.8! In this version, the League of Legends team has carried out a variety of hero weakening and hero enhancements to build the global event stage, in addition to the long-awaited Svein Medium update. Also, don't miss more updates to the mythological content, including the minor event milestones of the Supreme Eclipse Knight Xena and other Eclipse Knights. Finally, this batch of new skins also included 2 people who ride the wind and waves.

Hex Technology Deadline Activation System Removal

Activating loot shards to gain 7-day access to hero, skin, and guard skins has been officially removed.

The functions of fragmentation upgrade, re-following, or decomposition into extracts are not affected by these changes.

[Updated] Noxus Commander Svein

Medium update, all skill tweaks!

The Noxus leader returned strongly. The goal of this medium-sized update is to revive his fantasy of being a master of strategy and a dark, demonic-powered diplomat, rather than a character who must rely on others to carry out his plans. Svein did already make a name for himself on the road, but as the commander of the Noxus front, he should also arouse fear in the hearts of his enemies on the single road.

In addition to the mana consumption of all skills being enhanced, it is worth noting some changes in his control ability. Svein can no longer pull enemies controlled by friendly forces, but his E can now allow him to drag all those he has imprisoned, making him even more terrifying in the narrow terrain. In short, these changes should help Svein players in all positions feel that he is a determined and ruthless leader - especially when he unleashes Demon Sublimation, a skill that will last as long as Svein can maintain his own life with the souls of his enemies.

Astral Wanderer Bud

Passive damage gain increased. W-based maximum therapeutic boost.

The Astral Wanderer needs to take on too much care before he wanders. This enhancement should make it easier for him to help his fellow on the way, while also inspiring Bud to continue wandering around the map.

R cooldown decreases with skill level.

Izzeril is on the verge of power both in the single row and on the pro stage, so the League of Legends team is enabling him to use his big moves more often as the game progresses to bring more highlight moments to the game. When you go back to town, be careful!

Ancient Fear Federtic

W The percentage of healing for heroes increases.

Federtic has often been scratching at life-saving straws in the middle of the year because of the predicament. The League of Legends team is increasing the scarecrow's endurance by enhancing its W skill, which, as a form of defense, will become increasingly unaffectable as the game progresses.

Healing percentage against hero units: 30/35/40/45/50% damage dealt 30/40/50/60/70% damage

Dramatist Embers

W Confinement duration increased; Damage cuts to wild monsters are removed. E Trap will now charge up faster; Damage cuts to the monster's first trap are removed.

For some people who like to show, Ember doesn't perform so well. The League of Legends team is giving him more intensity to set the stage, especially when he finds someone standing in the wrong place. In addition, his W and E can clear the field faster.

W – Fatal Brilliance

Confinement duration: 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds

No more 25% less damage to wild monsters (damage to creeps has not changed)

Kinx has dominated the road for an entire season. Instead of suppressing her late destructive power, the League of Legends team decided to restore her vulnerability when she was hit by a wave of full skills in the early stages.

Daughter of the Void Kasha

Mana gain increased for passively triggering damage. W-law strong gains decreased. R Shield's mana gain increases.

Recently, the French power stream Kasha likes to blast down her enemies by slaming the W skill from a distance. The League of Legends team wanted to move her away from that routine and instead play more around her passive single triggers, and should still be different from the genre of attack power that relied on attack speed and repeatedly triggered passive attacks. Regardless of how she chooses the evolutionary order, this change should help make all her attributes feel more elevated, while also making her gameplay more consistent with her identity.

Passive – Revitalize the body

Additional magic damage that consumes a full layer of plasma: 15% of the target (+2.5% per 100 spell strength) has lost health 15% of the target (+5% per 100 spell strength) has lost health

Void Walker Cassadine

Q Shield's mana gain increases. E-law strong gains increased.

Since the 11.24b version of the non-stop update weakened Casadin's passivity, he has been obviously weak. So the League of Legends team re-emphasized his mage killer position by reinforcing his Q and E strength rather than his effective passivity.

Passive movement speed increases, and increases at levels 6 and 11.

Maude Caesar is still desperately trying to find his foothold on the road, so the League of Legends team decides to return some of the movement speed of the Iron ArmorEdam. This change should help him better stick to his enemies like a magnet.

W Cooldown decreased. R unsponsed energy strike flight time increased; Increased projectile speed and strike range after charging; Cooldown return decreased after skill cancellation.

The League of Legends team is reinforcing both forms of Bobby R's skills to give them a more ultimate feel. W's shorter cooldowns mean she's better at control when battling the heroes who swoop in – and that's her number one specialty!

W – Firm demeanor

Cooldown: 24/22/20/18/16 sec. 20/18/16/14/12 sec

R – The ruling of the guardian

Unsponsed flight duration: 0.75 seconds 1 second

Impulse velocity: 2000 2500

Charge strike range: 2400 3400

Cooldown return after deregistration: 30 seconds 15 seconds

Fury of the Northlands

The passive Frost Armor's timer now reduces time as the level increases.

Cersei's strength should lie in her relentless ability to open a group, but her terrifying ability to enter the field is too frequently blocked by the single ranged consumption skill or shorter battles later. This change should help her and The Mane recover faster and show the glory of the Cold Blood.

Passive - The Wrath of the Northlands

Timer for Cersei to obtain Frost Armor: 12 seconds after no damage from enemy heroes or monsters 12-6 seconds (at level 1-18) after no damage from enemy heroes or monsters

Son of the Stars, Soraca

W Treatment Method Strong Gains Decreased.

The League of Legends team directly weakened Solarca's healing abilities in the middle to late stages, mainly because the amount of healing she has now is too high - especially in some protracted battles where she can slam the W skill.

W-Star Perfusion

Treatment: 100/135/170/205/240 (+70% spell strength) 100/130/160/190/220 (+65% spell strength)

Liberator Silas

R cooldown time decreased.

Silas has some weaknesses at all levels of the game, so it's time to loosen his chains. Instead of strengthening his online abilities, the League of Legends team decided that allowing him to use the most exciting and creative skill in his skill set more often, which should also better make him a counterpoint.

R - its human way

Cooldown: 100/70/40 sec 80/55/30 sec

Myrin Gunner Tristana

Grows Attack Damage increased.

Tristana is losing her late identity over time. The League of Legends team returned some of her late-game intensity, which should have made her less dependent on bush blade eruptions to snowball in the early stages.

Scarlet Reaper Vladimir

Base armor boosted.

Vladimir has been absent from the professional stage and on the road for some time, but he is still strong for most of the midfielders. Increasing his durability early in the game should help him be more at ease against melee fighters.

Reverse Feather Kasumi

Base damage of the last few levels of Q is reduced and cooldown increased.

Kasumi's armor-piercing outfit has sprung up in pro leagues and single-row queues, and unfortunately, its ranged consumable routines don't offer much restraint when it comes to matching. Since this type of outfit tends to fill up the Q skill first, the League of Legends team is reducing the bonus of this skill to make the armor-piercing flowing xia less attractive.

Damage per Dagger: 45/65/85/105/125 (+50% bonus attack damage) 45/60/75/90/105 (+50% extra attack damage)

Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 sec 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 sec

Ancient witch Zelas

E Duration of vertigo increased.

Zelas continued to decline throughout the 2022 season. Although he should be at his weakest when he is managed to get close by the enemy, his current window of dizziness is somewhat too short, leaving him with no chance of escape. The League of Legends team is increasing his dizzy duration at all distances to give him a chance to reach an ideal distance while making him feel more comfortable sniping at enemies from a distance.

Twilight Star Spirit Zoe

Q and R mana consumption is reduced.

Zoe may be very, very older, but she often doesn't mature enough to solve mana problems like other mages. Since she tends to pull full damage suits and doesn't work well with The Goddess Tears, the League of Legends team is helping her by reducing her mana consumption, and this change should be particularly helpful for her ability to clear lines after the line-matching period, as the number of Q-skills required for line-clearing increases as the game progresses.

Being able to use a stopwatch after having the final outfit of the Stopwatch will lead to some very unpleasant game states and various embarrassing moments, so the League of Legends team removed this outfit. The golden hour is over, guys.

Small event milestones

Similar to the Masterpiece Chest milestones in the previous version, small event milestones provide additional rewards when purchasing the Event Magic Engine, but the progress bar cannot be repeated. Compared to the original announcement, the League of Legends team has made significant changes to the small event milestones! Small event milestones are now the best way to collect brand new skins.

The League of Legends team will not list milestone milestone bars in subsequent releases, but since this is the first small event milestone, it is worth listing how the system works. To celebrate the launch of the mini event milestone, the Eclipse Rider of the Sun and Moon mini event will offer additional rewards to celebrate!

Small Event Milestone Launch Celebration: When the Eclipse of the Eclipse mini event starts, everyone will receive a quest that will reward one Eclipse of the Sun (2022) Magic Engine (will be counted towards the bonus progress bar!) And 1 [Eclipse of the Sun and Moon (2022) Fukubukuro]! This quest is set to celebrate the milestone's first launch, and subsequent small event quests will not receive this quest.

Masterpiece Chest Milestone Adjusted

Within a few hours of the last version going into effect, the 25 chest rewards for the Masterpiece Chest milestone were increased.

25 Masterpiece Chests: 5 Mythical Essences and 1 Skin Fragment at or above the price of 6900 Bonds 10 Mythical Essences and 1 Skin Fragment of 6900 Bonds or above

On April 24th, we reissued an additional Mythical Essence reward for players who had completed 25 Masterpiece Chest milestones prior to the update, amounting to: 5 Mythical Essence x the number of times the 25 Masterpiece Chest milestones had been completed before the update.

Piltwolf Champions Cup

The second week of the Piltwolf Champions Cup will be held on 25 April, with matches taking place from 30 April to 1 May.

Bug fixes and quality-level changes

● Pivot defense towers with active strategic point bounties will now correctly have bounty life slot indicators and display bounty information in the chat window when marked

● Fixed a bug that caused: The Crystal Hub hits a larger frame than it looks

● Fixed a rare bug that caused a tower's double resistance to be permanently reduced if certain conditions were met when the coating fell off

● When within the attack range of an enemy tower with the zombie form of an enemy Thayne and Karsas, after the zombie form of the enemy hero is killed, the tower will no longer be used to switch the hateful target to you

Fixed a bug that caused Pike, Tucci, Raingar, and Foyego to remain visible for up to 1 second after detaching from what made them visible

● [Ghost Roro] will again provide a regular view instead of a real view
