Hadach has been involved in literature since 1972, especially in children's literature and literary criticism. In the 1980s, he was one of the more active children's literature writers in our region, and he won many awards for his works, and in recent years, some graduate students from the Inner Mongolia Normal University College of Literature have obtained a master's degree in children's literature. He has been working in the field of literary criticism for more than 30 years, and in the third issue of the literary review journal "Golden Key" magazine published an album for Hadache Gang, publishing 5 special reviews, highly praising his achievements in Mongolian literary criticism. Hadachi has just grown up in the pastoral area, and has no experience in learning Chinese specifically, but he is both Mongolian and Chinese, not only can write novels, essays, essays and plays in Chinese, but also become a recognized leader in the translation of Mongolian and Chinese literature, he also sorted out his translation experience and wrote lesson plans, and repeatedly lectured for the students of the translation class.

Hadachi Gang has created and published more than 130 literary works (parts and firsts) of various genres in Mongolian and Chinese with more than 1.2 million words, and has collected and published many works such as "Selected Short Stories of Hadache Gang", "Selected Children's Literature of Hadaki Gang", "Suye, Hadache Gang Commentary Collection", "Issues Related to Mongolian Literature in the New Era", and "Europa Mongol Strange Man". At the same time, he has translated more than 260 (parts, first) Mongolian poems, essays, novels, children's literature, reportage, reviews, dramas, folk literature, and folklore works of more than 100 old, middle, and young writers into Chinese, and published poems translated into Chinese, including the poetry translation collection "Hometown Feelings", the prose translation collection "Wrangler", the children's literature translation collection "108 Rabbit Dung and 8 Gold Coins", the folklore translation "Ordos Wedding" and several personal poems. He has won the Translation Award of the Second and Third National Ethnic Minority Literature Selection (Junma Award) and the Translation Award of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Literary Creation "Solongga" Award.

In 2001, at the beginning of his term as the chairman of the Inner Mongolia Folk Writers Association, Hadaki vigorously promoted the implementation of the "Inner Mongolia Folk Cultural Heritage Rescue Project", and devoted his main energy to the rescue, protection, collection and collation of Inner Mongolia folk culture and intangible cultural heritage. His actions immediately won the understanding and support of the vast number of folk culture workers in all parts of the region who are committed to the rescue and protection of national culture, so that many endangered folk cultures and intangible cultural heritage have been rescued and protected, and gratifying results have been achieved.

In addition to launching a number of rescue projects in the autonomous region, including the banner scroll of the "Inner Mongolia Story Book", Hadachi Gang also named a number of "folk art towns" and "folk art homes" according to the situation and needs learned during the inspection of various parts of the region, established the "Ardin" award for inner Mongolian folk culture, and held the "Inner Mongolia Folk Cultural Heritage Rescue Project Work Conference" in March 2004 to comprehensively deploy the rescue project of the people's cultural heritage of the whole region. At the same time, hadachi Gang also planned and held the "First Inner Mongolia Folk Craft Expo" and the "First Mongolian Horse Culture Expo" on the basis of the "Folk Cultural Heritage Rescue Project", and also led the Inner Mongolian people to coordinate the investigation, identification and naming of dozens of outstanding inheritors and folk culture masters of Inner Mongolia folk cultural heritage. Hundreds of achievements in folk culture research have been rewarded, and since 2005, the "Inner Mongolia Grassland Cultural Heritage Protection Day" on September 6 every year and the National "Cultural Heritage Day" on the second Saturday of June every year since 2006 have been carefully organized and solemnly commemorated as their own festivals.

Hadache Gang humbly said of himself as "a miscellaneous family." The characteristics of miscellaneous families are miscellaneous but not real, and it is difficult to go deeper in the fields involved." He retired in January 2010, but he continued his lifelong love of national culture. In addition to serving as several consultants and some corporate culture consultants, he also undertakes several research projects, a long novel and some translation projects, as well as many other chores including the creation of local operas, that is, stage plays.
