Lang Jinghe, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and honorary director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, delivered a speech, focusing on the minimally noninvasive technology represented by ultrasound ablation, which promoted the humanization and minimally invasive treatment of clinical surgery, and showed new prospects for modern humanistic medicine. In today's surgical procedures, in addition to removing the lesions that must be removed, the consciousness of "functional protection" should be engraved in the mind of every doctor. Most provinces and cities in China have Haifu knife equipment, and have also gone to the world, obtaining market access in 41 countries and regions, and the global treatment volume has exceeded 210,000 cases. Focusing on ultrasound has demonstrated Chinese technology, Chinese manufacturing and Chinese standards to the world, strengthening international cooperation and common progress for the benefit of mankind.

David Cranston, a professor at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom and president of the International Association of Minimally Noninvasive Medicine, said through an online speech that women who have lost their uterus are not only deprived of the opportunity to be mothers, but also seriously affect women's physical and mental health. Compared with traditional surgery, focused ultrasound ablation surgery has the same effectiveness, less damage to the uterus, and is more conducive to postoperative pregnancy. Focused ultrasound ablation surgery is the most typical representative of the field of minimal non-invasiveness, and it is also one of the pioneers.

Professor Zhu Lan, director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and doctoral supervisor of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, said in his speech that from the perspective of academic research, he shared the safety of focused ultrasound ablation surgery, and talked about the "prospective, multicenter, non-randomized parallel control study of ultrasound ablation of uterine fibroids" carried out by Academician Lang Jinghe as the chief scientist in 2017. The research results jointly released by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Chongqing Medical University and the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association confirmed that the effectiveness of focusing on ultrasound ablation in the treatment of uterine fibroids is not lower than that of traditional surgery, the safety is significantly better than traditional surgery, the trauma is small, the symptoms are significantly improved, the quality of life of patients is improved, the hospital stay time is greatly shortened, the medical cost is saved, and it is a uterine fibroid treatment technology with broad development prospects.

Professor Wang Zhibiao, Director of the State Key Laboratory of Ultrasound Medical Engineering and Director of the National Engineering Research Center for Ultrasound Medicine, said that focused ultrasound has entered the "14th Five-Year Medical Equipment Industry Development Plan" issued by ten departments, and at the same time, in the 13th Five-Year Plan, the Haifu Knife Focus ultrasound tumor treatment system has reached the international advanced level and become an important global medical equipment manufacturing base. We will continue to carry out the public welfare activities of protecting the uterus, so that more and more doctors realize that in addition to saving lives and helping the injured, they should also actively participate in health maintenance and disease prevention, "treat diseases and save people" from another perspective, and defend the uterus for more women around the world in the future.

It is reported that in the public welfare activities of the day, the Haifu Micro Non-invasive Treatment Center of 147 hospitals around the world met at the same time and in different places to conduct cross-regional synchronous surgical live broadcasts. Various experts in the field of minimal non-invasiveness analyze typical gynecological cases and make treatment recommendations, and monitor the progress of surgery in real time through the Global Collaborative Service Center for Focused Ultrasound Ablation Surgery.

Professor Zhang Lian, President of Chongqing Haifu Hospital and Head of the Global Collaborative Service Center for Focused Ultrasound Ablation Surgery, is in the Dominica Of the Eastern Caribbean sea to carry out guidance work at the Sino-Multi-Friendship Hospital. Dominica Zhongduo Friendship Hospital also responded to this public welfare activity, and due to the 12-hour time difference, related surgeries will also be performed during working hours. Dean Zhang Lian said that the significance of the establishment of the Global Collaborative Service Center for Focused Ultrasound Ablation Surgery is to realize that the global Haifu doctors can connect online in real time, realize experience sharing, mutual exchange, and remote guidance, and ensure the smooth completion of each case of focused ultrasound ablation surgery.

Professor Li Kequan, master tutor of Chongqing Medical University and chief physician of the Affiliated Hospital of the National Engineering Research Center for Ultrasound Medicine, Professor Ai Xingzi Airi of Shanghai First Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Professor Li Fang of Liuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Huang Guohua of Suining Central Hospital, Chen Xiangdong of Foshan Women's Insurance, Guo Xu of Suining Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Zhou Kun of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heavy Medicine conducted a remote joint guidance live broadcast for the Haifu Micro Non-invasive Treatment Center of Renai Hospital in Malaysia.

In 2021, the National Engineering Research Center for Ultrasound Medical Treatment, Chongqing Haifu Medical, Chongqing Weihai Software Development Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Mobile jointly applied for the pilot project of 5G+ medical and health application jointly organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Health Commission - the construction of a remote treatment system based on 5G and focused ultrasound ablation technology.

Under the guarantee of Chongqing Mobile 5G Network, the team of Professor Chen Wenzhi, chief medical expert of State Key Laboratory of Ultrasound Medicine and Chief Medical Expert of Chongqing Haifu Hospital, remotely connected the Haifu Knife Focusing Ultrasound Tumor Treatment System of Haifu Micro Noninvasive Treatment Center of Guangxi Beiliu Maternal and Child Health Hospital through the Global Collaborative Service Center of Focused Ultrasound Ablation Surgery, and jointly performed the world's first inter-provincial 5G remote focus ultrasound ablation surgery for a patient with the medical team of Beiliu Maternal and Child Health Hospital, which lasted about 20 minutes. The operation, which spanned more than 1,000 kilometers, was successfully completed.

It is reported that with the gradual landing of 5G technology, the era of "Internet of Everything" is also accompanied, although high-end medical technology continues to develop, but the problem of unbalanced and insufficient supply of medical services still exists. The "14th Five-Year Plan" and the outline of long-term goals for 2035 point out that it is necessary to strengthen original and leading scientific and technological research, accelerate the promotion of digital industrialization, and improve the level of primary medical infrastructure and public health services.

Professor Chen Wenzhi said that China's original focused ultrasound ablation surgery is a non-invasive operation, no wounds, no bleeding, the treatment process can be operated with the mouse, this surgical method can be completed smoothly with 5G low latency and local medical staff. Professor Chen's team has practiced the national policy direction with practical actions, promoted the further development of focused ultrasound ablation surgery and 5G integration, laid the foundation for cross-regional and even transnational remote focused ultrasound ablation surgery in the future, and also made great contributions to the sinking of high-end medical care, the improvement of grass-roots medical level construction and service level.

"The world's first inter-provincial 5G remote focused ultrasound ablation surgery was successfully completed, and China Mobile 5G played an important role in high-quality bridge connection." Technical experts from China Mobile Chongqing Company said that the operation used the characteristics of 5G large bandwidth, low latency and high rate to transmit the surgical instructions of the "Haifu Knife" Chongqing Central Console to the Haifu Knife Equipment of Beiliu Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Guangxi Province in real time and remotely control its implementation operation. At the same time, high-definition surgical dynamic audio and video are transmitted in real time through the 5G network, so that doctors from Chongqing Haifu Hospital and Guangxi Beiliu Maternal and Child Health Hospital can communicate in real time, and ultimately ensure the safe and smooth completion of the whole operation.

According to incomplete statistics, by the end of 2021, the Global Collaborative Service Center for Focused Ultrasound Ablation Surgery has been connected with more than 200 Haifu micro-invasive treatment centers around the world, providing technical support for patients through this center with a total of more than 40,000 cases. In 2021 alone, the center will be connected to a number of domestic and international hospitals in Singapore, Malaysia, Nigeria, Mexico and other countries, providing more than 14,000 cases of technical support for patients through the center.
