1. One foot in a row to step on the ball and one foot to the ground
First, jump slightly in the direction of stepping on the ball.

Let the original grounded foot nudge the ball in the direction of movement.
The foot that was originally stepping on the ball will step on the ball again, and so on.
2. Pull the ball back and forth with your left and right feet for training
Probably within the limits, then pull the ball to the left with your left foot.
Then use your right foot to pull the ball back to the right.
There are not too many constraints on the left and right feet during the whole process, but pay attention to the same direction of the feet used and the ball pulling, and the body should try not to move too much.
