(hereinafter referred to as "Shengyin Consumer Finance").

It is understood that the new general manager Ma Chi is from the Shengjing banking system, has 16 years of experience in the financial industry, successively served as the deputy general manager of the retail banking department and the general manager of the retail credit department of the head office of Shengjing Bank, the deputy general manager of the small business financial service center of Shengjing Bank, and has many years of deep cultivation in the field of retail credit and has rich industry experience.

Founded in 2016 and initiated by Shengjing Bank as the main investor, Shengyin Consumer Finance is the first in Northeast China and the only licensed consumer financial institution in Liaoning. The latest performance data shows that shengyin consumer finance's total assets and operating income have continued to grow significantly. As of the end of 2020, Shengyin Consumer Finance had total assets of RMB4.063 billion and loan balance of RMB3.709 billion. Operating income of 690 million yuan, an increase of 104% over the previous year's 338 million yuan, doubled. While the performance of steady growth, Shengyin Consumer Finance also gives full play to the advantages of science and technology, strengthens risk control management, and the non-performing loan ratio in 2020 is only 0.09%, which is at a low level in the industry.
