Bao Wuwen, a national representative inheritor of The National Intangible Cultural Heritage Representative Project of Yulin City (Suide Stone Carving), and Luo Shengjun, a representative inheritor of the Provincial Representative Of Northern Shaanxi Folk Song of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Representative Project, were selected as the 30 nomination candidates for the 2021 "Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Person of the Year". "2021 China Intangible Cultural Heritage Person of the Year" is a selection and publicity activity sponsored by the Department of Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and sponsored by Guangming Daily, launched in Beijing on October 29, 2021, after the voting and deliberation of the Guangming Daily Intangible Cultural Heritage Communication Expert Committee, the organizing committee of the event is based on the concept of inheriting the crowd, comprehensively considering the candidate's region, category, composition and other factors, and fully measures the candidate's iconic, leading, innovative, exemplary and annual representativeness. 30 nominated candidates were identified from 100 candidates.

Bao Wuwen, a native of Suide County, Yulin City, the main representative works are: Suide County", Suide Stone Soul Square (representative lion king: 19.5 meters high, 16 meters long, 8.8 meters wide), Lintong Gudi New Village large stone arch and other stone carving buildings and stone carving crafts. He has participated in the "Tourism and Culture Exhibition of Countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Fifth Intangible Cultural Heritage Project Exhibition" and the 3rd China Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo in Jinan, Shandong. Two copies of Bao Wuwen Stone Carving Factory and Bao Wuwen Stone Carving Art Album were printed. In 1995, he was awarded the title of "Chinese Folk Arts and Crafts Artists" by UNESCO and the China Folk Artists Association, and the title of "2009 Yulin Hundred Most Influential Private Enterprises" by Entrepreneurship Magazine. In 2018, he was selected as the representative inheritor of the fifth batch of national intangible cultural heritage.

Luo Shengjun, a native of Suide County, Yulin City, graduated from Shaanxi Provincial Art School. He sang the folk songs of northern Shaanxi with original taste and outstanding style, and had high research and attainment in Xintianyou, Labor Trumpet, Wine Song, Boat Tune, etc., and successively won the "Gold Award for performance at the Fourth China Folk Art Festival", "Gold Medal for the Western China Folk Song Competition", "Best Folk Singer and Wu Tao Style Award for the CCTV Western Folk Song Competition" for CCTV, "First Prize of the Folk Song Competition in Qin and Jin Provinces", "First Prize of the Shaanxi Division of the CCTV Television Grand Prix", and won the title of "Top Ten Folk Singers of Shaanxi Province" in 2006. In 2016, he was selected as the representative inheritor of the fifth batch of intangible cultural heritage in Shaanxi Province.
