Zhang Chi is a member of the Beijing Youth Federation and the vice chairman of the Changping District Youth Federation, graduated from clayfield university in the United Kingdom majoring in aircraft design, and is now the chief engineer of the project pre-research of COMAC Beijing Civil Aircraft Technology Research Center. He has participated in the demonstration of the next generation of regional airliners, Long-range wide-body airliners between China and Russia, as well as the management of domestic large passenger aircraft racks, and the research and development of the "Lingque B" new configuration technology demonstrator.
