"This platform can realize the functions of supervision, nutritional catering, diet evaluation and guidance training, the system can automatically calculate the nutritional content of each meal, and can also supervise whether the student meal is reduced salt, sugar and oil." According to the "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Health Regulations", "student meal delivery enterprises and primary and secondary schools, preschool education institutions, infant and child care service institutions canteens shall be equipped with nutrition staff in accordance with regulations to supply food that meets the standards of nutritious meals for students and infants". To this end, the Municipal Health Commission took the lead in developing the first phase of the nutrition and health training course for practitioners and students, and the newly hired employees of each unit need to complete online training and obtain a certificate of conformity before they can take up their posts, and those who have not obtained a certificate of conformity should re-study the training course until the assessment is qualified.

According to the Implementation Plan, Shenzhen will also establish a supervision system for the participation of parent committees in the delivery of student meals. The Parents Committee designates health committee members to participate in the training of students' nutrition and food safety knowledge and skills as required, and in accordance with the school's work arrangements, participate in the selection and supervision of school canteens and catering enterprises through open days, meal companion systems and dialogue and exchanges, and assist in completing the task of student meal supervision and monitoring.

In terms of specific implementation, each class of the school elects 1-2 family committees to serve as healthy family committees, and a school-level health committee is formed. Since it is a healthy family committee, you must also understand health, after becoming a healthy family committee, you should learn and master the relevant knowledge of nutrition and health of students, understand the nutritional value of balanced diet and various foods, develop good eating habits, and regularly publicize and educate other parents of students. First of all, in 2021, promote the use of the Shenzhen primary and secondary school student meal information platform, the proportion of school canteens and student meal delivery enterprises use more than 50%; the nutrition knowledge training coverage rate of school canteens and student meal distribution enterprises will reach 80%, and the nutritional knowledge awareness rate will reach 70%; and at least 1 nutrition and healthy canteen or student meal distribution enterprise nutrition and catering pilot unit will be built in each district.

In 2022, the proportion of school canteens and student meal delivery enterprise platforms used is more than 80%; the nutrition knowledge training coverage rate of employees in school canteens and student meal distribution enterprises will reach 90%, and the nutritional knowledge awareness rate will reach 75%; and at least 5 pilot units of nutrition and healthy canteens or student meal delivery enterprises in various districts will be built.

Finally, by 2025, the proportion of school canteens and student meal distribution enterprise platforms will reach 100%; the nutrition knowledge training coverage rate of employees in school canteens and student meal distribution enterprises will reach 100%, and the nutritional knowledge awareness rate will reach 80%; and at least 10 pilot units for building nutrition and healthy canteens or student meal distribution enterprises in each district will be built.

At the same time, in the future, Shenzhen will also formulate an evaluation plan for the current situation of centralized meals for primary and secondary school students, and the canteens of primary and secondary schools and student meal distribution enterprises will cooperate to complete the evaluation and investigation of the status of centralized meals, including the nutritional status of student meals, the catering process, and the dining environment. In addition, the city's school canteens and catering enterprises should cooperate with the construction of a public recipe library and a public dish library for student meals in Shenzhen according to work requirements, and encourage schools to build a special recipe library and a dish library.
