On October 26, 1936, after the three main forces of the Red Army met the division, more than 20,000 people of the first unit of the Red Fourth Front Crossed the Yellow River to carry out the Ningxia Campaign Plan according to the orders of the Central Revolutionary Military Commission. On November 11, the Central Committee decided to call it the Western Route Army.
From October 26 to 29, 1994, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China held a national work conference on the construction of rural grassroots organizations in Beijing. Hu Jintao pointed out at the meeting that in order to adapt to the new situation and tasks, the building of rural grass-roots organizations must clearly define the goal of progress, that is, it is necessary to build a good leading body that is united, strong, and supported by the masses, especially a good secretary; to cultivate and temper a good contingent full of combat effectiveness; to choose a good path suitable for accelerating local economic development; to improve a good economic system; and to improve a set of good management systems that embody democratic management and ensure the effective operation of work. Accordingly, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the Notice on Strengthening the Construction of Rural Grassroots Organizations on November 5.
History of Jilin Party
On October 26, 1929, the Manchurian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a letter of instruction to the Harbin Municipal Party Committee on the issue of the Middle East Road struggle. The letter stressed that it is necessary to send people to Changchun to inspect the work.
From October 26 to November 1, 1978, the Jilin Provincial CPC Committee held a work conference on removing all the hats of rightists, conveying the spirit of the national work conference on removing hats, and implementing the Central Committee's "Implementation Plan for the Decision on Removing all Rightist Hats."
On October 26, 1982, the Jilin Provincial Cpc Committee issued the Decision on Carrying Out the Activity of Learning from Comrade Jiang Zhuying. The "Decision" points out that Jiang Zhuying has the excellent qualities of the Chinese working class and the ideology, morality, and sentiments of communism, and is a brilliant example for the vast number of party members, cadres, and intellectuals to learn from. The "Decision" calls for carrying out activities to learn from Comrade Jiang Zhuying, an outstanding communist party member, on all fronts in the province to further promote the development of education activities on party spirit, party style, and party discipline in the province.
