Researchers have discovered a new multi-purpose composite material on the Qin Terracotta Warriors, which is widely used in the process of filling, bonding, and wiping in the production of terracotta warriors.

Researchers said that in the past archaeological excavations of the Qinling Terracotta Warriors and Horses Pit, they found this material in many parts of the crown and arms of the pottery figurines, including the abdomen and legs of the pottery horses. The latest research findings provide a new basis for understanding the production process of the Terracotta Army and the protection and restoration work.

This adhesive seems to be understood as a "putty" of universal glue function, which is used for the bonding, smoothing and repair of terracotta warriors. The ingredients of "putty" are actually made of eggs (egg whites to be precise), animal glue and pottery powder. I don't think it's unusual at all, the old ancestor is such a cow B.

First, in addition to the use of lime and soil in ancient triads, some are also mixed with glutinous rice, egg whites, brown sugar, animal blood, tung oil, plant sap, alum and so on.

Second, the wearing of a hula on the book and dancing around the campfire is the classic image of the ancestors of the foreigners.

Third, our old ancestors in China knew astronomy and geography, and they could refine Dan and alchemy, which was not a matter for our ancestors at all.

Terracotta warriors are a category of ancient tomb sculptures. In ancient times, human martyrdom was practiced, slaves were appendages of slave owners before they died, and slaves were buried as martyrs for slave owners after death. Terracotta warriors are funerary objects made of clay in the shape of terracotta (chariots, horses, soldiers).

According to the "Chronicle of History", the mausoleum of the first emperor of Qin was planned and designed by the minister Li Si according to the custom, and the general Zhang Handan supervised the construction for up to 39 years, and the terracotta warriors were made at the same time as the construction of the Qin Tomb and buried in the burial pit.

In March 1974, farmers in Xiyang Village, Lishan Town, Lintong County, were digging a well 1.5 kilometers east of Lingdong, and found several broken clay figurines of the same size as real people fired in clay, which were explored and excavated by the Shaanxi Provincial Archaeological Team, and the terracotta warriors and horses reappeared.

The burial pits of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses of Qin Shi Huang sit west to east, and the three pits are arranged in a glyph shape. The earliest discovery is the No. 1 figurine pit, which is rectangular in shape, with more than 8,000 terracotta warriors in the pit and slope doorways on all sides. There is a terracotta pit on each side of the first pit, called pit No. 2 and pit No. 3.

Terracotta Pit is an underground tunnel-style civil structure, that is, a large pit about 5 meters deep is dug from the ground, and a parallel earth partition wall is built in the middle of the pit. On both sides of the wall are arranged wooden columns, on which are placed horizontal logs, and the horizontal wood and earth partition walls are densely covered with shed wood, and a layer of reed mats is laid on the shed, and then covered with loess, thus forming the pit roof, which is about 2 meters above the surface at that time.

The bottom of the pit is paved with green bricks. The height of the space from the top of the pit to the inside of the pit bottom is 3.2 meters. After the pottery figurines and pottery horses are placed in the figurine pit, the surrounding doorways are blocked with standing wood, and the doorways are filled with rammed earth, so a closed underground building is formed.

Then again, there will be eggs, and the ancestors didn't eat scrambled eggs!
