I'm a more serious post this time. I used to post in the Tudor area, most of the purchases were Tudor, and I randomly put some life into it and posted. In fact, this is my second Rolex, the first air bully was bought in February this year, has not had time to send a complete unboxing operation. I actually have little experience, the last time I opened the box was last year's Tudor Black Harbor. Later, I felt very troublesome to post out of the box. But this is the first time I've posted in the Rolex section, and unboxing is my self-introduction.

I used to buy sports watches, and when people reach youth, they also need a decent formal watch. I actually always wanted to buy the Tudor California bi-calendar, but unfortunately it was discontinued by the time I saved enough money to buy it. Later, I looked at the Longines flag and the famous craftsmen, but I didn't like it with the unusual L.888 movement, if it was still 2892 I might have bought it. Look at the Tudor I often buy, the formal classic series is like a big brick tied to the hand. If you want to come and go, go check out Rolex. In order to save money, I would never buy a dog tooth ring and a five-bead chain, white and black are too flooded, gray and slightly old-fashioned, so I planned to buy blue noodles, and the blue noodles were not available for a while. What a disappointment! As I was leaving, suddenly there was a new item in the store, and I saw this Date Just41 that I didn't know what to call it.
It should be called green Roman character gray face, I have only seen its gold room gold model in advertising before, I did not expect that there is also an all-steel version. Carefully looking at it feels good, not worse than the blue side, and it feels good after getting started. This watch is not ostentatious, the green Roman characters look very light from a distance, like buying a pure metal gray face without scale, it seems very low-key, up close to realize that it is Rolex, I like this effect. In particular, this watch is good from all angles in the sun, unlike some styles that look particularly beautiful in the soft light of the store, and when you go out to look at the watch under the sun, you have a feeling of wanting to return it.
I actually don't know much about the watch, but this is really good, its gray and green match is very good, after wearing it these days, I think it is too perfect, it is exactly what I want. It is both solemn and unconfigured, both stable and not too serious. This gray face will appear lilac in the hot sun, which looks like wearing a jewel face from a distance. Now I have been wearing it for exactly a week, and it is stable for more than 3 seconds a day. How can I say it, my air bully is also fast 3.5 seconds a day, why haven't I bought the rolex advertised by Rolex to increase the minus 2 seconds per day? Don't pull what is caused by different use habits, self-consolation methods such as flat or side placement at night, this is purely a trick for sales to fool customers, it should be in each direction in plus or minus 2 seconds at most no more than 3 seconds can be said to be plus or minus 2 seconds of error! Just like the observatory certification, -4+6 can be achieved in every direction! Well, I'm okay with 3 seconds or more, as if it were just an observatory-certified watch.
There are two disadvantages of this table, one is that the green Roman characters look like printed, the three-dimensional sense is not strong, I think it is a loss, to know that the Rolex scale is 18ct platinum, other Date Just are full scale, I have the suspicion of saving materials and costs. The second is that the transition between the strap and the watch head is not very good, which is what all Rolex has, I don't know much about watches, but I think this gives me a feeling of mass production of various components and then assembled, in order to splice conveniently to leave room. The strap is obviously not specially created for this one, and the lug is not the same arc, the strap interface is not thick at the lug, the curvature is not the same, it feels a little uncoordinated. Look at the same price of IWC or Cartier straps, each is obviously different, in addition, their head and strap can be coordinated with the same size and style at the interface, although they may also be mass production, but there is no obvious sense of splicing.
