Because what the class teacher has in his hands is not material money, but the future and hope of dozens of students. In this regard, our mission is particularly important. As a class teacher, the work I do is very ordinary, nothing more than leg, hand and mouth. Here are some of my experiences and practices, summarized into a few keywords to share with you.
The first key word: respect. The morning meeting repeatedly emphasizes the need for mutual respect between teachers and students and between students. This is the lubricant of the teacher-student relationship, and the teacher cannot sneer at the student. For example, last year, A classmate lost more than 50 yuan of money, after secret investigation basically locked the "suspect" B classmate, in order not to embarrass this classmate, I decided to say in the class that the transfer of monitoring already knows who took it, I hope that this student can know the mistake to change, lost and returned, and promised never to publish it to the public. Afterwards, I communicated with Classmate B alone, and after the education, Classmate B deeply reviewed, made a guarantee, and sincerely thanked me for not piercing him. For example, C classmate is active but has poor self-control, often makes mistakes, I always call him out to communicate alone, and later told me that he did not criticize him in public, left enough dignity, he is very grateful to me, but also know how to respect others, but also know how to care for and understand their parents. Everyone needs to be respected, and naturally they will know how to respect others.
The second key word: care. Gorky said, "Only by loving others can we educate people." Give students more care and greetings, so that students feel the warmth of home. After students who have something or are sick and on leave leave leave, I will call or send WeChat to inquire about the situation at home. Often there are girls with stomach pain, I will prepare a warm water bottle for them to cover, no food stomach pain, give them some food. D students do not have good academic performance, but sports are very good, in my class physical training, always help easy to fall behind and do not want to insist on continuing to run, tell J and K students that you have to insist more, when you least want to run when you grit your teeth and insist on running a lap, so that your physical fitness can improve. The overall class atmosphere has changed, there is more harmony, less contradictions, mutual care, mutual help, and common progress. Communicate with students more, do more ideological work, correct bad behavior habits, and create an environment for mutual help and mutual assistance.
The third key word: encouragement. Timely encouragement, timely praise, more look at the strengths of students, less blame. For example, E student has bad grades, inferiority and unmotivated, early self-study is always late, but sweeping the floor to do a good job, indicating that it is not useless, so that I timely said his advantages to praise, encourage him to do better in other aspects, so far E students have confidence, assure me that they are never late, and see the teacher is always positive hello, the whole person is sunny and confident. As long as I find out where the students in the class are doing well, I will not hesitate to encourage and praise in public. I have repeatedly thought that many students will be denied because of their poor academic performance, and they will be criticized and accused by their parents and elders at home, and when the teachers in school blindly belittle and deny, then they will have no self-confidence, no sense of achievement, and eventually lead to a broken can. In terms of cultural learning and sports, I do not allow anyone to be left behind, and I have been cheering in the back, always giving them confidence, encouragement and praise, believing that there will be progress after a period of time.
The fourth key word: rules. No rules, no squares. Only with good organizational discipline and behavioral habits can students devote themselves to learning. The selection of squad cadres adopts the method of combining volunteering and inspection to select the most capable team. In order to restrain students' behavior habits, it is necessary to formulate class rules. On the basis of fully understanding the actual situation of the students, I held a special class meeting to discuss, listen to the opinions of the class cadres and students, and formulate a series of measures. Then refine and supplement the text one by one, so that the revised class rules are more feasible and operable, and the management can be in place, so that they can truly do what they do, and what they must do, and what they must do, so that students can regulate their words and deeds in a very short period of time and develop good habits. For example, I ask students to clean up their desks, leave their seats and put the stools under the table, and the tables and stools must be neat and orderly before leaving school, and now the desks and stools are neat and tidy after class.
In short, for each student, more encouragement, praise and moderate tolerance should be patient enough to wait for every progress. We should give students a clear sky, let them absorb the sunshine of love and grow up healthily, ignite the fire of hope in their hearts, build self-confidence, and fight bravely.
