The so-called "lost east corner, harvested mulberry elm", when searching, found another set of equally "exotic" books - "Sanskrit Literature Translation Series", the price is much cheaper, so I made up a set to buy all of them.
The above are first selected from the Treasure House of Witty Words. This collection of Sanskrit lyric poems was compiled by Vidia Garo around the 11th-12th centuries and contains more than 1,700 poems. The translator explains the importance of this selected poem in the preface: "The ancient Indian writing materials are mainly bay leaves (i.e., palm leaves), which are not suitable for long-term preservation, so in addition to the works of famous poets, a large number of poetic works have been lost in the long river of history, and it is precisely by relying on this collection of poems that some excellent short poems that were generally appreciated by readers at that time were preserved... In a sense, this collection of poems can also be said to show the overall achievement of classical Sanskrit lyric poetry. ”
