5. Buckle the pumpkin upside down on a baking sheet with holes as shown in the picture, with a foil in the middle.
6. Put it in the steaming oven and steam for 40 minutes (I steamed for 30 minutes and felt like the pumpkin wasn't soft enough).
If there is no steaming oven, it is the same for steaming on the plate and steaming in the steamer (be careful that the plate is as shallow as possible to avoid too much water on the plate).
