This reporter learned from the press conference on the high-quality development of Foreign Trade in Jiangxi held on the afternoon of the 15th by Nanchang Customs.

In recent years, Jiangxi has accelerated the cultivation of new foreign trade formats and models such as cross-border e-commerce. The province has previously made it clear that by 2023, the province's cross-border e-commerce transaction volume will exceed 1 billion US dollars.

At the press conference on the same day, Wan Bin, director of the Comprehensive Business Division of Nanchang Customs, said that Nanchang Customs has formulated 24 reform and innovation measures to promote cross-border trade facilitation, as well as 38 work tasks to further deepen cross-border trade facilitation, innovate and implement the "shipside direct delivery" and "direct loading at port" model, continue to "simplify complexity", simplify accompanying documents, streamline regulatory documents, and achieve faster customs clearance time and lower cost.

In addition, Nanchang Customs has also made every effort to promote the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce and international postal express, and cross-border e-commerce 9610, 9710, 9810 and other business models have achieved full coverage.

Hu Qiang, deputy director of the Nanchang Customs Port Supervision Department, revealed that in the first 11 months of this year, Jiangxi's cross-border e-commerce import and export list was more than 6 million votes, an increase of about 10 times year-on-year.

The reporter learned that in the first 11 months of this year, Jiangxi Kai bank import and export 364 China-Europe express trains, an increase of 13.4% year-on-year; international cargo and mail throughput of 106,000 tons, an increase of 57%.

In Hu Qiang's view, with the development of air freight in Jiangxi, it has a good aggregation effect on goods in neighboring provinces, and about 70% of the international cargo volume is the goods of enterprises outside the province, and the regional radiation driving capacity has been significantly enhanced.
