顯示時間主要是定時器，每25毫秒擷取一次。
flags: Qt.FramelessWindowHint | Qt.Window隐藏标題欄就這一句代碼，注意後面的Qt.Window，這個是讓程式在隐藏标題欄後依附工作列的，不需要的可以去掉。
