With an overall DXOMARK Imaging score of 163, the Huawei Pura70 Ultra is the only device with an overall score of 160 or higher.

In comparison, the Xiaomi Mi 14 Ultra similarly beats the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The Xiaomi Mi 14 Ultra achieves an Image score of 154, compared to 153 for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and 152 for the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Personally, I think the site's ratings are relatively close to reality, and DXOMARK's ratings and rankings for Samsung are too low.
