Because Qianlong was extremely tolerant of him, the ministers would definitely look up to Qianlong and follow up on his absurdity. And the absurdity of following him up is not politically risky. It is clear that he is a ridiculous person, and it is impossible for such a person to do anything in politics, so following him, there is no problem of forming gangs. At the same time, these ministers also curryed favor with Emperor Qianlong, so that Emperor Qianlong could see the thoughts of the ministers and follow him all the way.
If Hongtian is wise and foolish, he has seen this point through, so he will do this, and he will reap a lot of benefits because of it. It should be said that this is the real purpose of Hongday.
Hongday did not show too absurdity and arrogance in the Yongzheng period, which can also be seen that Hongday is mainly to show Qianlong, after all, the tragedy of his father's "nine sons seizing the heir" is vivid, and Hongday does not want to become the next eighth uncle Yinxi.
