Chinese Guide News On May 29, at the venue of the "International Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" of the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, a solo exhibition will be held at the same venue for Yang Yongju and Liu Ming, members of the Chinese Artists Association, entitled "Tokyo Trip - Yang Yongju and Liu Ming Double Solo Exhibition". This is a great event in the art world, and it is gratifying!
The two painters bonded through an artistic exchange. Mr. Yang Yongju is from Guilin, Guangxi, and has been engaged in art activities in Japan for more than 30 years. Originally from Beijing, this was his first trip to Tokyo, and he has always been deeply interested in the breakthrough and transformation of Chinese painting after his predecessors came to Japan to study in Japan. Now, after years of exploration, the two of them have come to Tokyo to hold a solo exhibition, and take the opportunity of their own Chinese painting masterpieces to be exhibited in the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, the highest art palace in Tokyo, to start a trip to Japan and explore the cultural journey of the artistic traces of their predecessors.
Mr. Yang Yongju is a famous teacher and a disciple of Wang Xuetao, a master of Chinese flower and bird painting. He has lived in Japan for more than 30 years, and has made significant contributions to the cultural exchanges between China and Japan, and at the same time, he has also made his artistic attainments brilliant. He is currently a member of the Chinese Artists Association, the president of the Japan-China International Art Association, and the president of the Overseas Wang Xuetao Research Association. His masterpieces "The Rain of Guilin" (the mural of the barrier of Nagano Zenkoji Temple) and "The Picture of Spring" (won the Prime Minister's Award of the Japanese Cabinet) are both immortal works.
Mr. Liu Ming graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts and the graduate class of Department of Chinese Painting of Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a national first-class artist, and a director of the Japan-China International Art Association. His works have participated in many large-scale national art exhibitions and won the second prize, third prize and excellence award. In 1998, he was named one of the ten most optimistic objects for collecting works by Hong Kong "Collection" magazine. Rong Bao Zhai Publishing House and other publishing houses have published many collections of paintings such as "Collection of Contemporary Chinese Painting Powerful Painters: Liu Ming".
In this exhibition, Yang Yongju exhibited the sea series, and he tried to get rid of the traditional painting themes and painting methods, and created the sea series of works. He realized that only by devoting himself to nature, experiencing nature with his life, and feeling the deepest light of his life in life. So full of the passion of life, the passion of life into the creation of art, the work created in this way is vigorous. I was moved, and I was moved by others. Painting the sea should fully show the soul of the sea and pursue the beauty of the vast and magnificent artistic conception of the sea. Let the viewer gaze at these works of the sea, as if the tears of the sea are coming from their ears, and they can experience the emotions revealed by Yang Yongju's pen.
Liu Ming exhibits Chinese character paintings, the works in this exhibition are all Liu Ming's new works in the past year, with Chinese Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism as the cornerstone, using the brush and ink of Chinese painting as the carrier, embedding the connotation of Chinese poetry and music, and the profound calligraphy skills show the broad philosophy, humanistic wisdom, self-improvement, and long-standing of Chinese culture.
