According to the Putuo District Procuratorate, Li entered the society at the age of 19, served restaurant plates, worked as a corporate front desk, and worked as a purchasing specialist.
At the age of 21, Li married her husband who was more than ten years older than herself, and a few years after marriage, due to the generation gap, the two often couldn't communicate together, and their feelings gradually became discordant, and they eventually became strangers who lived together from loving couples.
In 2017, Li talked about "love" with Mr. Wang, whom she met from her previous work. In June 2022, Mr. Wang, Mr. Chen and other 3 people found that Li did not fulfill his promise to repay the money after borrowing money, and in the process of repeatedly collecting the arrears, they successively found that Li was married and the reasons for borrowing money were fictitious, and the angry three immediately called the police.

The procurator believes that Li, for the purpose of illegal possession, fabricated facts, concealed the truth, and defrauded others of property, the amount of which was particularly huge, and that her conduct violated article 266 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, that the facts of the crime were clear, the evidence was credible and sufficient, and that she should be investigated for criminal responsibility for the crime of fraud. On 11 May, the court heard the case and pronounced the sentence on the spot.
