In recent years, although under the influence of many factors such as the continuous decline of the real estate industry, the economic operation of some areas of construction machinery is under pressure, but we are pleased to see that the market demand for construction machinery presents high-end, diversified and personalized characteristics, in order to meet the different needs of the majority of users, further enhance the core competitiveness of the industry, seize the commanding heights of future competition and build new competitive advantages, the whole industry overcomes multiple adverse effects, and technological innovation leads high-quality development and continues to make new achievements:
First, the whole industry has increased investment in scientific research, accelerated the construction of a high-level research and development system, actively implemented industrial base reengineering projects and major technical equipment research projects, and continuously achieved new results in basic common technology research and development. The basic capacity of the industry and the modernization level of the industrial chain have been steadily improved.
Second, the transformation of the industry to high-end, intelligent and green is accelerating.
The low-end repeated production and low-level competition in the whole industry have been effectively improved, and the output capacity of high-end construction machinery has continued to increase, gradually forming a high-end competitive development pattern.
Digital technology has penetrated into the construction machinery industry at multiple levels, and the application of intelligent manufacturing demonstration and intelligent factory scenarios has been further expanded with the support of advanced manufacturing technology.
New breakthroughs have been made in the green development of the whole industry. A number of enterprises are included in the national green factory, and a variety of electric, hydrogen and hybrid new energy construction machinery developed and manufactured by industry enterprises are not only well received in the field of domestic engineering construction, but also go international. With the development of electric construction machinery batteries, electrical appliances and control systems and technologies, different demand scenarios continue to emerge, the number of projects put into construction has grown rapidly, and related technologies and supporting facilities have been accelerated. At present, electric construction machinery is gradually forming a competitive advantage with good adaptability to working conditions, zero exhaust emissions, low noise, high reliability, easy maintenance and high efficiency.
Third, a number of major technical equipment have been put on the market and have been well received.
Large excavators, large-tonnage cranes, large-tonnage mining dump trucks, large-diameter shield machines, large piling machinery, large loaders, large industrial vehicles, high-meter boom lifting platforms and other major technical equipment have shown structural growth, and a series of major technical equipment for construction operations have better met the needs of nuclear power, wind power, chemical industry, bridges, tunnels, mines and other major engineering construction, and provided construction machinery and equipment support for economic construction.
