"I am who I am, a happy person who reinvents himself; I am me, a person who treasures the sunshine, moonlight, and starlight in my heart, and will always sing the hymn of life......" The poetry recital will be held in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, and readers with disabilities will interpret the connotation of poetry and prose with their own voices, and convey their love for life and vision for the future. "Sing the Hymn of Life", "Yanyu Jiangnan", "Three Ancient Poems", "Qinyuan Spring Snow", "Zhu Ziqing Prose Green" and other wonderful recitations won bursts of applause from the audience, and the songs "Youth Dance", "Heaven", "Father's Prairie, Mother's River" pushed the event to a climax, and the scene was full of sunshine and inspirational, self-confidence, self-reliance, and positive energy.
Although Tang Maolian has a visual impairment, she still feels the joy of reading with her hands and ears, and conveys love and dreams with her voice. "As long as I have free time, I will participate in the activities of the Gansu Provincial Library to experience a different world, and today is also the first time to visit the Bamboo Slips Museum, and I feel the charm of the Bamboo Slips." Tang Maolian told reporters that participating in the provincial map activities has enriched her spare time.
On the occasion of the 34th National Day for the Disabled, the "Reading and Enjoying the Four Seasons" poetry recital for disabled readers was held, aiming to let readers with disabilities experience the excellent traditional Chinese culture while further protecting the reading rights of persons with disabilities through poetry recitation, exchange and learning and other forms, continuously enriching the spiritual and cultural life of persons with disabilities, encouraging more persons with disabilities to "love reading and learning", promoting the main theme, transmitting positive energy, and creating a more inclusive, harmonious and shared social atmosphere that understands, cares for and helps persons with disabilities.
It is understood that the "Reading and Enjoying the Four Seasons" Poetry Recital for Disabled Readers, as one of the 4th "Longyun Book Season" national reading series activities, is a good reading service for Gansu Provincial Library in continuing to carry out the "Sunshine Project" and doing a good job in reading services, while carrying out the innovative service model of "bringing in, bringing out, deep experience, and sharing", widely carry out physical cultural activities that disabled readers like to see, encourage visually impaired readers to participate in reading, live actively, and integrate into society, and further create a good atmosphere of "integration of the disabled and the disabled".
