After investigation and evidence collection, the police station quickly locked down the suspect Sun Moufu, and after questioning, Sun Moufu confessed to his illegal behavior of posting a video on the Douyin platform to insult the police. After being punished by the three major teams of police for failing to use seat belts in accordance with the regulations on May 6, he was resentful, so he posted inappropriate remarks through the Douyin platform, openly insulting the police, causing adverse effects. On May 16, in accordance with the provisions of Article 42 (2) of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishments, the Rushan Municipal Public Security Bureau gave Sun Moufu a five-day administrative detention punishment. Sun Moufu expressed remorse and apologized to the police in person.
