On April 28, 2024, NUOVO Lab & Gallery will present a new solo exhibition of artist Luo Xi - "Pneum theater" at NUOVO Gallery. Curated by Zhu He, the exhibition features more than 10 new works from recent years. The work is full of absurdity and drama, and in his trademark darkly humorous self-deprecation, he shows his exuberant vitality and deep thinking about the present.

About the artist
Luo Xi, born in Tangshan, Hebei Province in 1994, moved to St. Petersburg, Russia with his parents in 1999, was admitted to the High School Attached to the Repin Academy of Fine Arts (Johnson Art High School) in 2006, entered the Oil Painting Department of the Repin Academy of Fine Arts in 2012 - Hamid Savkuev Shelf Painting Studio, graduated with a master's degree in 2018, and graduated from the Department of Art History of the Repin Academy of Fine Arts with a doctorate in 2022.
