Elon Musk seems to be seriously considering a showdown with Mark Zuckerberg in the ring. He has started training with an internet celebrity known for his Jiu-Jitsu.
Last week, Musk and Zuckerberg's interaction on social media led the two tech billionaires to appear to agree to a ring fight. Things got even more intense after UFC president Dana White confirmed that the two had intentions for fighting and that he could make the fight happen.
Zuckerberg is a well-known jiu-jitsu enthusiast, and Musk has not revealed that he has practiced any fighting techniques. He also tweeted photos of their workouts, writing: "Yesterday I had a few hours of impromptu training with @elonmusk. Interestingly, Friedman recently trained with Zuckerberg after recording a podcast. The podcast host posted clips of their training on his YouTube channel, writing: "After our recent podcast conversation, Zuckerberg and I did some Jiu-Jitsu training. It's encouraging to see that both Zuckerberg and Musk are committed to Jiu-Jitsu. I look forward to training with both of them in the months and years ahead." Friedman describes himself on the show as a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu who has been training for 15 years.
Two tech billionaires like Musk and Zuckerberg may face off in the ring, much to the excitement of fans. Considering Zuckerberg as a Jiu-Jitsu enthusiast, people think Musk is greedy and chewy.
However, when Jiu-Jitsu expert and podcast host Friedman revealed on Twitter that Musk was training with him, fans went crazy.
One fan posted a "surprised cat" meme and said it was Zuckerberg's expression when he saw Friedman's tweet.
Another fan defended Zuckerberg, posting photos of Zuckerberg wrestling to rebuttal.
