In fact, Xiao Chenglong joined the referee team from the beginning of the wulin wind broadcast, and after a period of time, he participated in the training of the wulin style referee and returned to the ring he loved. Xiao Chenglong is a shaolin tagou disciple, who has won the 2nd National Wushu Gymnasium School Wushu Ring Championship, the National Wushu Casual Hand Invitational Championship, and the 7th International Shaolin Wushu Festival champion in Zhengzhou. He graduated from Chengdu University of Physical Education (bachelor's degree) in July 1999 and Zhengzhou University (master's degree) in February 2012.

And through the interaction with the participating police, the use of single police equipment, actual combat defense technology, coordinated operations and emergency protection and other skills were demonstrated on the spot.

Xiao Chenglong, a native of Zhoukou, Henan Province, is an international free-fighting referee who is currently the chief of the student section of the Management Committee of the Kaifeng Campus of Henan Police College. He represented the Chinese police in the first and second World Police Fighting Competitions, winning the 66 kg and 71 kg championships respectively, and served as an instructor of the police combat instructor training course organized by the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial Public Security Department for many times. He has been awarded the first class of personal merit three times, as well as the honorary titles of May Day Labor Model of Kaifeng City, winner of the Labor Medal, Top Ten Outstanding Youth of Kaifeng City, and My Favorite Teacher of the Police Academy.
