The "Xin'an Tour Group" (hereinafter referred to as "New Brigade") is a youth revolutionary group formed by Wang Dazhi, principal of Xin'an Primary School in Huai'an County, Jiangsu Province. Although it is called a tour group, it is not a travel group, but a team that publicizes the War of Resistance. The "New Brigade" regards nature and society as a university hall, learns from the living life, and learns from the vast society. Therefore, the "New Brigade" is a team of resistance and a mobile school! With the aim of popularizing education and publicizing the idea of resisting Japan and saving the country, the "New Brigade" publicized the party's propositions in the form of films, speeches, songs, dramas, dances, writing, paintings, etc., aroused the people to resist Japan and save the country, and mobilized the people to actively resist the war.

In 1938, the "New Brigade" came to Gansu and joined the Communist Party of China in the Eighth Route Army's office in Lanzhou, becoming an advanced anti-Japanese group under the direct leadership of the party.

From its establishment to its end, the "New Brigade" lasted 17 years, traveled 50,000 miles, traveled throughout 22 provinces and cities, and successively absorbed nearly 600 members.

In early May 1938, the Gansu Provincial Folk Religious Museum. The "Xin'an Tour Group", a group that propagated the concept of resisting Japan and saving the country and practicing the theory of "life education", invited Xiao Jun, Seck, Wang Luobin and other friends to come to the party. Everyone cooks their own food and eats the bottom of the dish.

We live in a carriage and horse shop, and I heard the shop guy say that the hostess is a famous mountain singer in this area. I went to her and asked her to sing to everyone. Everyone followed Wang Luobin to taste, everyone was a wanderer who traveled far away, and they understood the parting of the wanderer in the song.

Wang Luobin said: "My whole person was shocked at that time, and I was far from the taste of her original song. The emotion and mood of this song coupled with the moving voice are so wild and charming, musical and narrative. The rain outside is getting heavier and heavier, and I have repeatedly wondered, are Western songs really much more lyrical than Chinese songs? The "new brigade" is about to go to the whole country, and their propaganda work in Gansu is coming to an end. On May 17, Xie Lao (Xie Jueya) "Diary": "Inscription for the Xin'an Tour Group: Arm your hands and mouths with art, arm your minds with theory, and train you to become iron warriors from work." Elder Xie encouraged everyone: "Go to Wuhan, where you are needed even more, now that the war in Wuhan is tight, the people need to boost morale." You go, just learn more skills and play a bigger role. Elder Xie's inscription makes everyone feel like a treasure, which is the party's affirmation of them and the party's hope for them. The road ahead is still long, the work tasks are still heavy, we must diligently practice artistic skills, enhance theoretical accomplishment, temper the will in practice, and be an iron warrior under the leadership of the party!

Outside the city, comrades from the Eighth Route Army Office, Xiao Jun, Seck, Wang Luobin, and others, Wang Yunhai's entire family, and a large number of people who had heard about coming rushed to say goodbye to the "New Brigade." The members of the small group, Wang Dewei and Wang Deqian, set out with the "new brigade."

The "New Brigade" came to Gansu in the middle of winter, and they exuded the power of youth and brought the weather of spring to Gansu. Spring flowers bloom in the golden city, emitting fragrance, summer mountains and rivers are in love, and they are cherished and cherished.

In early summer, the breeze on the river, the wheat waves in the fields, the birds flying in the wild goose beach, and the travelers go east. In the streets and alleys of Lanzhou City, the songs spread by the "New Brigade" are being sung by people.
