Handstand Doctor |02 - Elephant Trunk Mountain, France

(Before receiving)

The reason I was able to leave the first handstand photo of Omaha Beach in Normandy is because we had a country trip while in France.

In 2005, I spent a year in Paris doing postdoctoral research at the French National Institute of Health Medicine. My wife also went with me for more than three months.

In September of that year, several Chinese students shared a car and went on a "French countryside tour." Like the Ara-Shanghainese, Parisians refer to the rest of Paris as the countryside.

It is said that it is a rural downstream, but in fact, it is a visit to several places on the Atlantic coast, across the sea from the United Kingdom through the English Channel. In the history of the Hundred Years' War between Britain and France, Britain also passed through this strait. In 1944, the Allies landed on the European continent, and it was still this strait.

Not counting the driver, there are 8 people in the group, in addition to our couple who are experiencing the itch for seven years, there is also a pair of international students in love. The degree of expression of feelings naturally varies greatly.

With few people, the itinerary is very casual. Say go, stop, really free. The driver is a Chinese who has stayed in France for a long time, and the whole process is arranged and has many benefits.

But there are also drawbacks---- this trip, I did not do any strategy, confused, finished the trip. So much so that in order to write this article, I compared the time of the photo shoot and consulted the map of France to basically figure out where we went.

They are: 1 Elephant Trunk Mountain, 2. Deauville, Trarrur, 3, spent the night in Caen and went to a church in the morning that is said to resemble Notre Dame; Omaha Beach;5, St. Michael's Hill and Church, said to be the prototype of the prison in The Count of Monte Cristo; 6. The city of pirates - Saint Malo, a medieval ancient city.

Confused, and I don't have the energy to look it up for a while, and I'm writing articles to distract myself (more seriously, click on the Handstand Doctor |). 01 - Opening remarks and the first handstand with pictures recorded), so casually posted to share.

First, France also has elephant trunk mountain

On September 10, 2005, we set out from Paris and headed northwest. The first place to go is Elephant Trunk Mountain. Elephant Trunk Scenic Area is located in the northwestern Part of France coastal tourist town of Etretat, also translated as Etretat, belongs to the Upper Normandy region, The Maritime Seine, a very beautiful town. Since both have Elephant Trunk Mountain, this French town is a sister city in Guilin, China.

The network is very developed, enter "French Elephant Trunk Mountain", you can search for a lot of beautiful photos.

Elephant Trunk Mountain has three of them, varying in size, the most spectacular of which, I think, is more like a horse's head, although it does not have an elephant trunk atmosphere.

Travel depends on luck. It was raining lightly when we went, so the photos were not nice enough. However, we met friendly birds, and I also ate unknown wild fruits, similar to those I ate in my hometown when I was a child.

So, as long as you go out, there is always a reward.

It was supposed to stand upside down on the edge of this cliff, but it was ruthlessly stopped.
