Ma Zhonghui Character Mingsheng, Number Leyi, Hui. Since childhood, he has loved calligraphy and painting and Peking Opera art, especially calligraphy. Graduated from the Calligraphy Advanced Study Class of Shandong Calligraphers Association and the Calligraphy Advanced Study Class of China Calligraphers Association. His calligraphy and painting works have been exhibited and awarded many times inside and outside the province, and his artistic biography has been included in many famous classics. In 2020, he was awarded the "2020 Contemporary Chinese Painting and Calligraphy 100 Masters" by the China Media Alliance, which was participated in by seven major media. In terms of Peking Opera art, it won the first place in the Shandong Division in the national "Virtue and Art Shuangxin" Famous Ticket Competition, won the first place (gold award) in the Old Student Group twice in the Weifang Peking Opera Famous Ticket Competition, and won the title of "Top Ten TicketErs" in Qingzhou City five times.
He is currently a member of Shandong Calligraphers Association, a special consultant of Qingzhou Calligraphers Association and Qingzhou Artists Association, and the executive vice president of Qingzhou National Painting Institute. He once served as the executive vice president of the Qingzhou Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, the president of the Qingzhou Peking Opera Ticket Friends Association, and the head of the Qingzhou National Art Troupe. From 1993 to 2016, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Qingzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and the ninth to thirteenth terms lasted for five terms for 23 years (one of which was three years).
